1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Baheranwala BV (KvK 85351148), trading as Sentience, with registered address at Heathrowstraat 130, 1043 CH Amsterdam, the Netherlands ("we", "us", "Sentience") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit our website (sentience-finance.com) or interact with us as a prospective or current client.

2. What data we collect and why
A. Website visitors
When you visit our website, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically records standard server log data including your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. This data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining the security and performance of the website. It is retained for up to 30 days and is not used to identify you personally.
B. Beta signup form
When you submit our Beta interest form, we collect your name, email address, website or LinkedIn URL, and optionally your company name.
We process this data on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you tick the consent checkbox and submit the form. We use it solely to evaluate your Beta application and contact you to arrange an introductory call. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us — we will delete your data within 30 days.
We may additionally reach out to you from time to time on the email address you provide, if we believe we have an offer that could be of interest to you — as long as we have your consent for this.
C. Clients
Where you enter into a service agreement with us, we process personal and business data (contact details, financial transaction data, and other data shared under the agreement) as described in Clause 7 of our General Terms & Conditions. Such processing is necessary for the performance of our contract with you.
